Streaming & Channel Operations Coordinator

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (5 Days Per Week)

Compensation: $35.00-$37.00 per hour

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Streaming & Channel Operations Coordinator to support the daily scheduling and operational needs of FAST and SVOD channels. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in streaming media, broadcast operations, programming, content operations, or channel management who are passionate about television and digital entertainment.

What You'll Do

  • Support playlist creation, maintenance, and quality assurance across digital channels.
  • Identify and insert advertising cue points within scheduled content.
  • Assist with daily channel scheduling and content planning activities.
  • Collect, upload, and manage artwork and promotional assets for scheduled programming.
  • Coordinate asset requests and content readiness across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support content review and Standards & Practices processes.
  • Assist with FAST channel partner commitments and content optimization initiatives.
  • Support metadata management, creative proofing, and additional operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content operations, streaming operations, broadcast operations, scheduling, programming, or related media environments.
  • Experience supporting FAST, AVOD, SVOD, OTT, broadcast, or cable platforms preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Amagi is a plus.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
